A whirlwind of forward motion as the fog of me continues to lift.
My feet are currently planted in Vancouver, Canada after rolling through Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon.
A beautiful and tangled web continues to weave as I connect with people, in some instances, to the 4th degree of relationships. I am left feeling stupidly rich with human connection even though I am masked and most meetings are in 2D.

🙄 Still cultivating content for my someday podcast…
*Great conversation with Dan Ovitt an Oncologic Physical Therapist in Seattle (but from Boston! Oh the synchronicity!) He shared a few mind-blowing things in terms of survivorship that I can’t wait to share. (Think #prehap and #prospectivesurveillance ).
☺️ With the help of friends, Bodhi (he introduces me to a plethora of humans on our walks, many of whom are in the cancer space😇), and my daily 10 Seconds of Insane Courage I was able to connect and plant some seeds with @seattlecancercarealliance @fredhutch@seattlechildrens.
😬Met the team @trust_willow and I am beyond excited to become a coach and content provider on their platform. “Willow empowers women and the underrepresented with education, coaching, and support through every life journey.” #womensupprtingwomen #financialfreedom
😉Share space with inspirational humans @londonwriterssalon an online writing community that meets daily to just, well, write. Keeping me focused on my book writing. #accountabilitymatters
🤓Honored to talk with other #posttraumaticgrowth instigators from around the world.
*The stunning work of @drgaryredfeather marries nature and PTG with such grace it takes my breath away.
*Co-creating a course on the topic here in #vancouverbc with @adventuringloss. #fullcircleShe and I met in New Zealand 5 years ago, both shattered from life experiences, neither having ever heard the term post traumatic growth, each sparking a bit of hope in the other. Here we are making some #posttraumaticgrowth magic together. Stay tuned. 😘
